Outside the Office
I grew up in a coastal town of Italy in Catania, Sicily playing water polo and soccer. After high school, I continued my involvement in a professional water polo team while pursuing my dental degree. During my dental education, I was awarded a scholarship that allowed me to spend three months at the University of Illinois – Chicago’s Department of Orthodontics, shadowing and participating in research. This visit inspired my decision to come to the U.S. after completing my dental degree in Italy in order to pursue my dream of becoming an Orthodontist. Since this dream became a reality after three amazing years in Los Angeles, I recently relocated to Waco to continue providing cutting-edge orthodontic care in the beautiful Central Texas area.
Some of my favorite things besides creating perfect smiles include; spending time with friends and family, playing water polo and soccer, traveling, and trying new foods. I look forward to expanding my hobbies here in Waco, getting involved in the community, and experiencing how everything really is “bigger and better” in Texas!
